Her well-publicized diagnosis has been credited with encouraging young women to undergo screening — the so-called “Kylie effect.”

Pop princess Kylie Minogue has Tweeted her reaction to X Factor contestant Johnny Robinson's performance of her number one hit 'Can't Get You Outta My Head.' Minogue, wh ose sister Dannii used to be a judge on the reality talent show, tweeted last night "OMG!!!!!!" after Robinson's performance of her 2001 hit. Robinson, in the Overs category, was dressed in a kimono during his Japanese inspired performance, which he revealed in his blog yesterday morning. The performance left the judges divided as Tulisa called Robinson her "cup of tea" but left feeling Take That star Gary Barlow "feeling sad", saying he wanted his mentor Louis Walsh to not "make him a joke" to the rest of the nation. "I am here partly for the work I do promoting breast cancer awareness.
