Kylie forgets lyrics to own song

Two thousand Kylie fans are still buzzing after her first Anti-Tour concert at Melbourne's Palace Theatre.

KYLIE Minogue forgot the lyrics to her song Give Me Just A Little More Time on her Anti-Tour.

The 43-year-old Minogue was saved by her fans who sang the song withoutn her, website Metro reported.

In her defence, it had been 20 years since she had sung the song and Minogue admitted to the fans at Hammersmith Apollo in London that she had "murdered" it.

The 43-year-old Mingoue had a lyric sheet to help her but she tore it up and hurled it in the crowd after her deafening audience stepped in and helped out by filling in the blanks.

"I just murdered that song," she giggled, burying her! face as the crowd cheered on her honesty.

"Thank you for helping me out. It has been a while since I sang that song but you sounded incredible!"

Kylie had dedicated the song o record guru Pete Waterman, who was watching from the gallery. He launched Minogue in Britain in her Stock Aitken Waterman era and it was one of her last singles before they parted ways in 1992. She tweeted a picture of her with Waterman exclaiming "YES!!!!".

Watermans presence sparked speculation that she could sign up to the moguls Hit Factory Live gig in Hyde Park in the northern hemisphere summer. Her Neighbours co-star Jason Donovan has agreed to appear, so an Especially For You duet may be on the cards.

It was an emotional London homecoming for Minogue who touched on her battle with cancer at the show.

She thanked the crowd for their support during her battle before singing a lesser-known track called Stars, which she wrote "about that time".

She dedicated her 1990 No.1 Tears On My Pillow song to her father, Ron.

Kylie slipped into another pair of hot pants after the gig to take lover Andres Velencoso, 34, out to London's Whisky Mist nightclub but left the Spanish model to it, heading home at 2.30am.
