Minogue delighted with orchestral concert

Kylie Minogue has expressed delight over her one-off orchestral concert in London.

Minogue took to the stage at Hyde Park on Saturday for the BBC Proms in the Park event, attended by thousands.

The Australian pop star was joined by the Royal Choral Society and the BBC Concert Orchestra - and the show has left a lasting impression on her.

"I still can't get over last night bbcproms. It was magical. Thanks to all involved," Minogue tweeted after the concert.

Minogue has orchestrated her hits for a new classical album The Abbey Road Sessions. She's reworked songs like All The Lovers, I Should Be So Lucky and Better The Devil You Know for for the record, which she recorded with the BBC Symphony Orchestra.

Fellow Aussie Nick Cave joined her in the famous London studios to re-record their duet Where The Wild Roses Grow.
