Conor Maynard, Kylie Minogue, Rebecca Ferguson Given BPI Awards

The BPI have dished out a fresh string of certifications to artists for impressive music sales in the UK.

The company are responsible for giving out Silver, Gold and Platinum statusses to all recorded music in the country, and the last month has been a busy one.

Rebecca Ferguson's debut album Heaven, which was first certified Platinum (300,000 shipments) less than two weeks after its December 2011 release, has been upgraded to Double Platinum after reaching the 600,000 sales mark.

Ed Sheeran's all-conquering debut album + has also been upgraded, and is now 5x Platinum. Emeli Sande's Our Version Of Events has gone 3x Platinum and Michael Buble's seasonal offering Christmas is a jaw-dropping 6x Platinum.

Receiving Gold certifications, for shipments of 100,000 copies or more, are Kylie Minogue's The Abbey Road Sessions, which was only released at the end of October, and Jonathan and Charlotte's debut Together.

Green Day's Uno has also gone Gold, along with Swedish House Mafia's Until Now and Muse's The 2nd Law.

Conor Maynard's chart-topping debut Contrast has been certified Silver after breaking the 60,000 barrier.
